Currently, in the conditions of war, there are intensive searches for ways functioning and development continuous pedagogical education Ukraine as basis national-patriotic, social, spiritual-cultural, intellectual society state. One effective to improve quality is transition resource-oriented learning. In article, authors present a subsystem resource-based learning teachers subject "Defense Ukraine" system education, which positioned set three interrelated components: conceptual, didactic effective.
